Goholi - Suppliers terms

The following Terms and Conditions must be read in conjuntion with the (Click Here) Goholi Conditions and Terms. Click here for our agent notes on the AllRoads conditions

Booking and reservations requests are only accepted Goholi on the basis that those Conditions and Terms for the specified vehicle supplier have been throughly read and understood and agreed too.

SUMMARY OF THE RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
Season: 1st April 2010 to 31st March 2011

Camper Trailer Hire in Darwin, Northern Territory Australia

PLEASE NOTE:

• This document contains a summary of some of the rental conditions. For detailed conditions, refer to the rental agreement upon vehicle collection. A copy of the rental agreement will be supplied at pickup.
• Camper Trailer rates quoted in this document are Gross, inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) and are in Australian dollars.
• Rental basis is per calendar day for Camper Trailers .
• Minimum rental period is 14 days with the exception of one-way hires, which are subject to a 30-day minimum hire requirement on request and subect to availability.
• Minimum rental periods are subject to change during peak periods.
• All rates and conditions are subject to change as required and without prior notification.

DEPOSIT:
A deposit of the greater of $650 of the hire fee is payable within five days of making a booking. The deposit is not refundable in the event of cancellation.

HIRE RATES:
All Camper Trailers in the fleet are approx under 1 year old.With the exception of any emergency replacements.

AUD $130 per day May-Nov 2010 (subject to change)

INSURANCE AND BONDS:
Bond is $1,000 payble in cash (No credit card service) at pickup to supplier (Name nominated on ticket)
A excess of $1,000 applies and standard insurance included.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit of $1,000 applies to all rentals, and is payable with the hire fee. The security deposit is fully refundable on return of the trailer and all equipment in sound condition. The refund will be provided electronically within one week of trailer return, to allow a check of the trailer and contents.
In the event of a cancellation, the security deposit is fully refundable, but may be off-set against other cancellation fees owing.

PAYMENT OF HIRE FEES
The balance of the hire fee (including one-way rental fees) is payable within two weeks of booking, or one month before the pick-up date, whichever is earlier.

Hire fees are based on booking dates. No refunds are available for early returns.

NOTES TO BE PAID AT PICKUP

• Oneway fee Darwin to Broome available only on request.
• Darwin to Alice Springs available only on request.

CANCELLATIONS
For cancellations greater than two weeks before the pick-up date, a refund of 50% of the hire fee (excluding one-way rental fees) will be paid. One-way rental fees are not refundable. No refunds are available for cancellations less than two weeks before the pick-up date.

LATE RETURNS
Late returns cannot be accommodated without prior arrangement. In the event of a late return, a fee of $400 per day late will be charged. Management reserves the right to report trailers stolen in the event of a late return without prior arrangement.

THE AGENT AND ALLROADS STRONGLY RECOMMENDS OUR 2WD CUSTOMERS TAKE THE BONUS PACK FOR TRAVEL WITH PEACE OF MIND.

All equipment supplied for the number of people on booking.

OPTIONAL EXTRAS
• Optional - Dome tents also supplied if requested (e.g. for larger family).
• Normally 60-ltr 12v fridge supplied at extra cost of $150 per week. For 6 weeks could discount this to $400.
• Extra Camping Equipment based on per couple (2 persons). $200 per week or there part of. Including Sleeping Bags, Stretcher Bed, Dome 4 man, 1 dome for every 2-3 pax, (No pillow) eating equipment, 45-Ltr Esky, cooking equipment, water cooler, gas supplied (no need to charge for refill), camps lights, torchs, chairs and tables.

EXCHANGE RATE / CURRENCY VARIATIONS
All credit card transactions are conducted in Australian dollars. Due to exchange rate fluctuations and/or bank transaction fees there could be some variance in the amount refunded compared to the amount initially charged. AllRoads does not accept any liability for variances up or down.

CREDIT CARDS
The credit card holder will be jointly and severally liable as a customer. Accepted credit cards are Visa Card, MasterCard and American Express. A non-refundable 2% administration fee will apply to all Visa and MasterCard transactions. Credit card administration fees also apply to debited security bonds and only the hirer’s credit card is acceptable to use for the purpose of the security bond.

PERSONAL AND COMPANY CHEQUES
Personal and company cheques will not be accepted as payment for rentals at the time of pick-up.

CALCULATION ERRORS
AllRoads and/or their agent Goholi /Goholi Pty Ltd will not honour calculation errors. Should a calculation error occur AllRoads will charge for the shortfall. This also applies to the Quote or ETicket.

AGENT NON-PAYMENT
In the case where pre-payment is required and this has not been made the hirer agrees to pay the full costs to AllRoads.

LICENCE
A current and full motor vehicle driver’s licence is required and must be produced upon vehicle collection. Should a foreign licence be in a language other than English it must be accompanied by a current international driving permit issued in the same country as the driver’s licence was issued. An accredited English translation will be accepted in lieu of an international driving permit.

AGE RESTRICTIONS
Drivers must be 21 years of age or over. For drivers 75 years of age or over, a medical certificate stating that the customer is fit to drive for the duration of the hire is required upon vehicle collection.

ROAD RESTRICTIONS

• 4WD camper trailers can be taken on recognised maintained unsealed roads.

• 4WD vehicles may only travel to the following areas with the written permission of All Roads (please contact the local branch for further information): Simpson Desert, Strzelecki Track, Gunbarrel Highway, Cape York, the Bungle Bungles, Oodnadatta Track, Birdsville Track, Tanami Track, the Plenty Highway, Gibb River Road, Savannah Way from Normanton to Borroloola, Finke Road (between Alice Springs and Oodnadatta), Central Arnhem Road and Arnhem Land in general.

All Roads reserves the right at its sole discretion to restrict vehicle movements in certain areas due to adverse road or weather conditions, and the distance to nominated destinations in relation to the length of the hire period.

BOOKING AMENDMENTS
All amendments to bookings are subject to availability of vehicle and/or package. Different rates may apply based on the amendment made. A $35 amendment fee is applicable.

ONE-WAY RENTALS
• One-way rentals are available between all locations, with permission required at booking.
• Minimum rental period for one-way hires is 28 days. Shorter hires may be available on application only.
• A one-way fee of $ POA applies where pick up originates from Darwin .

TRANSFERS
Clients will need to make their own way to and from the AllRoads branch, at their own expense.

INFRINGEMENTS AND ADMINISTRATION FEES
Allroads reserves the right to charge the hirer for parking fines and/or vehicle damage including Third Party property damage not reported on return of the vehicle. In addition to these costs, Allroads reserve the right to charge for associated administration costs for processing the fines (irrespective of excess).

CUSTOMER CARE ON-ROAD ASSISTANCE
Any problems associated with the vehicle, including equipment failure, must be reported to Allroads as soon as possible and within 24 hours in order to give Allroads the opportunity to rectify the problem during the rental. Failure to do so will compromise any claims for compensation. Allroads do not accept liability for any claims submitted after this period. Any problems associated with the camper trailer, including equipment failure, must be reported to suppliers reservation centre noted on the rental agreement.

CHANGE OF VEHICLE
Should the vehicle booked be unavailable through unforeseen circumstances, Allroads reserve the right to substitute an alternative vehicle without prior notification and at no extra cost. This shall not constitute a breach of contract and does not entitle the hirer to a refund.

AGENTS NOTES: We STRONGLY recommend that all renters acquire suitable travel insurance - including all variations of clauses for cancellation, travel delay's, medical, loss of property, insurance.

IMPORTANT

Allroads reserves the right to refuse any rental at its discretion.

Allroads requests that clients collecting or returning their vehicle to be in the office by 1530 hours.

Rates and conditions are subject to change without notice. Rentals are subject to the terms and conditions printed on the Rental Agreement. Rates/Terms/Conditions are subject to change without notice.

LIMIT OF LIABILITY
In the event of no alternative vehicle being available to the renter our liability is limited to a refund of the hire charge or in the case of mechanical failure (unless caused by the renter) the remainder of the hire period.

This user agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with the law of Northern Territory in the Commonwealth of Australia. The actions, claims, demands or suits arising out of this agreement shall be exclusively justifiable in the courts of the said state. Goholi has the sole authority to vary or omit any of these terms.
