Cancellation Fees
If cancelled:
30 days before pick up - Deposit + no fee
29 days to 7 days before pick up - Deposit + $300
6 days to 0 days before pick up (no show) - Deposit + 0% of gross rental
If vehicle is returned early - no refund available
For your protection, we recommend Travel Insurance.

Hobart Airport Access Fee
For an extra $10.00 each way, your motorhome can be picked up and dropped off at the Hobart Airport (Conditions Apply).

Rental Charges
When calculating the number of days a vehicle is rented, the day of pick-up is counted as day one of the rental, regardless of pick-up time. The day of the vehicles return is counted as the final day of the rental. When a rental moves from one rate season into the next, the calculation is based on both rates.

Drivers Licence/Age Restrictions
Minimum age is 25 years.
Maximum age is 75 years.
A valid Australian or International Drivers Licence must be produced for anyone who intends to drive the vehicle.

Road Restrictions
Vehicles are only permitted on sealed roads which will take you all around Tasmania.

Re-location Fees
$170.00 each way for rentals commencing or finishing at Launceston or Devonport. till 01.04.2008 to 31.03.2009. Relocations not availble in peak seasons - Nov till Feb.

Breakdown/Repairs
All vehicles are covered by RACT for Statewide Roadside Service. Although we run late model vehicles, it may happen that small repairs are required. Repairs up to $100 may be effected without authorisation and will be reimbursed to the hirer on the presentation of a written receipt. For amounts over $100, we need to be informed in advance and we will approve repairs provided the renter was not directly responsible for the damage. In the event of an accident or a breakdown, a substitute motorhome will be provided if one is available. In the event that no alternative motorhome is available, the company's liability is limited to a refund of the remaining hire charge.

Change of Vehicle
The company reserves the right to substitute a motorhome of similar or superior standard for any reason without prior notice.

Equipment
Is provided in all motohomes/campervans and includes bedding, linen, towels, cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils and cleaning equipment. Also provided are vehicle instructions, manuals, maps and tourist information.

All supplier vehicle specifications, supplier images, supplier lists of inclusions and supplier terms and conditions are provided by the supplier rental companies and may change at any time without notice. All vehicle information is presented in a simple and clear format that enables easy comparison. Images are for illustration purposes only and may vary from the actual vehicle provided. As vehicles may be upgraded or changed at any time the images may not show all variations within a vehicle category. Illustrations and text in any of our brochures/documentation/web page are representations only of the product depicted. Variances in actual products offered could occur due to modifications and/or upgrades to the product design.

Rates and Conditions quoted in our brochures and/or documentation are subject to change without notice. You will agree to verify the information with the provider of the service should you take any action after reading these pages.You will agree to indemnify Goholi , it's staff, it's sub-contractors/agents and www.goholi.com, www.goholi.com.au and it's websites, and all other access providers that enabled you to access this site for all foreseeable and unforeseeable results of any actions you take based on the material contained in this site.

We reserve the right to levy any government increase in local taxes that may be introduced after the publication of this site, however, we will make every effort to ensure that you are notified of any of these matters either prior to your booking or as soon as practicable after we have knowledge of such increases.

This user agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with the law of Northern Territory in the Commonwealth of Australia. The actions, claims, demands or suits arising out of this agreement shall be exclusively justifiable in the courts of the said state. Goholi Pty Ltd has the sole authority to vary or omit any of these terms.
