The director
and management of Goholi Pty Ltd Australia and the directors
and board of Urban Rhythms T.A.T Sdn Bhd Malaysia have to
date have allocated and spent of their own funds alone over
1 million dollars MY in developing the next generation of
tourism, media, employment, survey, search engine and social
networking software platforms. A million is not much now
days but it has kept the ventures capitalists from our door
for the last 3 years.
Investors
We have been approached
3 times recently and said thanks you though currently no
to all 3 potential investors. The board are realists and
investment must be inevitable though desiring it to be accompanied
with the 'DST' (Digital Sky Technologies) theory as we do
have the future in our hands and we need to bring that live
to a world platform our way. A Venture Capitalist would
need to understand our time frame, needs and desires.
A
Venture Capitalist would need to come and see us in Malaysia
as to be honest we would lose a week or more flying in and
out of LA . 5 trips of this nature is really just tiring
so to date we have refused offers of trips based on this
principle.
Russian, Middle
Eastern and Asian Venture Capitalists we find are more understanding
and have that 'Finesse' about them when they negotiate.
The Australian's we find have to learn to nurture their
direct inquisitive direct questioning which we find can
be negative at times and feel that they are 'Tall Popping'
the meeting. As we say it's all about the relationship first
and business second.

Projects
Tourism
Completed June
2010 after 3 years of research and development our tourism
database model was launched in September 2010. Currently
this is referred to as the most up to date and informative
camper hire database available.
Completed August
2010 our research and development team in conjunction with
one of Malaysia's major tourism corporations our latest
holiday package database. Soon to be launched on a further
platform in the Middle East and throughout selected Asian
countries.
Due for completion
January 2011 is the guided scheduled tour database for Australia.
PROJECTS
UNDERVELOPMENT
We are naturally
non descriptive with our projects under development though
here is a brief . Notice we don't show our staff in the
about us, the reason is simple we have had the top layer
of our team head hunted twice over in the last 3 years so
we are learning not to show them in our profile as they
have been repeatedly approached. We are highly protective
of our Malaysian staff IT research and development team
as they are the analysts and theory strategist in bringing
our ideas to fruition.
The question
is 'are we in it for the money'? No we have money, it's
more to create something that will change the world for
the better and especially for those in every day life. We
realize that the rewards will include financial gain though
it has never been the prime motivation. When we have told
5 different individuals all renowned and well known industry
professional in the past of our employment model each just
lit up like a Christmas tree and that what Urban Rhythm
and Goholi wants the world to light up and unite. Dreams
of grandeur, no just dreams of launching it to help the
world to be a better place.
Employment
7 years ago
we envisaged a future where job titles would become extinct
quicker than extintion occurs in the wild. To date we haven't
been proven incorrect. Goholi and Urban Rhythms have developed
the next platform for employers and employment agencies
- known to 18 people only worldwide to date apart from our
staff.
Yes we do have
a few concerns where we will discuss with venture capitalists
how to release a website that will revolutionize how we
look at a industry overnight without being copied or reverse
engineered before we can implement in all countries. We
have spent the last 8 months on this one question. Another
concern is how will we handle the volume of millions users
without crashing our back office as we have seen this before
even on our other projects. Concerns we need to figure out
before we release the P.O.C.
Media
The social
and commercial media networks. In a world of social networking
and spilt second news updates what is left to design and
launch. Well we know there is still a few areas of the 'Commercial
Media' and 'Social Media Network' that hasn't been even
touch to date and simply that is what this project is about.

survey site and employment site.

on information gathering world wide again like all our projects
a niche area never released before.

how do you beat it? Any athleticc record can be beaten and
we feel it's just the social online network another race.
You had Twitter, Friend Finder and much more. Around the
world we feel many folks come up with the same idea it's
simply just who can bring that idea to the world first and
launch it with the adequate worldwide publicity.

Search Engine
- still in the scoping stage and $100,000's invested, it
is a major 5 year plan. We see the current search engine
model as obsolite in the near future and we anticipate that
our model will be the second generation of the new model.
Yuri Milner of Russia's DST predicts that social networks
can be the new users information gathering search model
though we see a different platform that will take search
into the future. Yuri Milner of Russia's DST is worth 4Billion
and roaring ahead buy the day so it will be interesting
to see who is right.
